Account information: Name and email address when you create an account.
Conversation content: The text prompts you submit and the responses generated, stored to provide your chat history.
Uploaded files and photos: Documents and images you attach to conversations for analysis or editing.
Voice audio: Audio recordings when you use voice input or voice conversation features, transcribed and processed to generate responses.
Purchase history: Billing and subscription records when you upgrade to Zynvel Pro.
Device or other identifiers: Device IDs and session identifiers used for authentication, security, and analytics.
Usage data: Session information, feature usage, and error logs to maintain and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

Your data is used to provide and improve Zynvel, generate AI responses, process payments, respond to support requests, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.

3. Third-party sharing

To deliver Zynvel's features, we share certain data with trusted service providers:

AI providers: Your prompts, uploaded file content, and images are sent to our AI model partners to generate responses.
Payment processor (Stripe): Billing details are handled by Stripe for subscription management. We do not store your full card details.
Cloud infrastructure: Data is stored on secure cloud servers to provide the service.

All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our behalf.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely. Files and conversations are private to your account. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can request deletion at zynvel.app/delete-account.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact support@zynvel.app to make a request. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's privacy

Zynvel is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
