By using Zynvel, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@zynvel.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We process payments securely via Stripe.
Zynvel generates AI responses. While we work hard to ensure quality, AI answers may occasionally be incorrect. Do not rely solely on AI output for critical decisions. Always verify information independently when the stakes are high.
You retain ownership of content you upload. We retain ownership of Zynvel software, branding, and design.
Zynvel is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
